Delivery Options
Free Shipping: 4–7 business days
Express Shipping + Priority Processing: 2–4 business days
Express orders placed before 12:00 PM GMT+1 (Monday–Friday) ship the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Friday, or during weekends and holidays, ship on Monday. Transit times exclude weekends and holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and express shipping is not available in all areas. For international orders, duties and taxes are included at checkout—you won't be charged upon delivery.
Personalised Jewellery
Custom pieces are handcrafted to your specifications and require an additional 5–10 business days before dispatch.
Your Delivery Address
By placing an order, you confirm your shipping address is complete and accurate. Please double-check before completing checkout.
If your order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you by email to request the correct details. You have 30 days from your order date to respond. Once we receive the correct address, we'll reship at no extra cost (one-time only).
If we don't hear back within 30 days, the order will be considered abandoned and is not eligible for a refund. The case will be permanently closed. Should a second reshipment be needed due to another address error, a €20 fee applies.

Order Marked as Delivered but Not Received
If tracking shows "delivered" but your package hasn't arrived, please check with your local post office for proof of delivery. We also recommend asking neighbours or building management, as occasional delivery errors are beyond our control.
If you still can't locate your package, contact us at help@brother-and-sisters.com with all relevant details. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer store credit or a free reshipment at our discretion. We're unable to issue refunds for orders marked as delivered.
